Mark Stemmans

Mark is a founding member of Convergent Method and has been passionate about construction from a young age. He loves to create, build, and make things better. Mark is committed to providing each project with the highest quality program management and leadership. He values ethical decision-making, budget and time management, creativity, innovation, teamwork, and owner satisfaction. Mark is the Construction Program Manager at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, TX. He successfully oversees the construction of their McNair campus, which includes a new ambulatory care center and hospital tower renovation/expansion in the premiere Houston Medical Center. As Construction Program Manager, Mark is responsible for leading the owner-representative team, managing all financial reporting, contract administration, requests for payment, schedule management, and overall project coordination. He is a Texas Civil Professional Engineer and has managed construction projects totaling billions. His experience includes managing large projects in congested areas, renovating occupied facilities, research laboratories, hospitals, mental health facilities, maximum security prisons, airport terminals, class A office buildings, garages, pedestrian bridges, roadway infrastructure, light rail stations, and complex mechanical, data, and electrical systems.


Amanda Stemmans

Amanda, one of the founding members of Convergent Method, began her career as a staff nurse in the operating room. Through years of dedication and hard work, she has climbed the ranks and earned her Master of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX, graduating summa cum laude. She is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas and Louisiana. Amanda’s passion for healthcare and serving others is evident in her unwavering commitment to excellence. She values building meaningful relationships, effective communication, and leading a life that upholds dignity and respect for all. Her pursuit of knowledge and innovation is remarkable, and she constantly seeks new ways to make a positive impact. Amanda is a true leader, and her confidence in her abilities and her commitment to her values inspire all who work with her.
